Six-Month Subscription Commitment
When you subscribe to Sweet Relief Live presented by ToneStill, you agree to a six (6) month membership term.

Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the initial six-month term

You are responsible for all payments for the full six-month period

Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund or cancellation
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this commitment.
After the Initial Six-Month Term
After your initial six-month term is complete:

Your subscription may continue on a month-to-month basis (if applicable)

Cancellation options, if available, will be disclosed in your account or at the time of renewal

No refunds are issued for any charges already processed
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy.
We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate access for accounts associated with disputes

Recover costs associated with chargebacks where permitted by law
