At ToneStill, all purchases are final.


No Refunds

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription payments

  • Membership fees

  • Digital content

  • Services, sessions, or access-based products


Six-Month Subscription Commitment

When you subscribe to Sweet Relief Live presented by ToneStill, you agree to a six (6) month membership term.

  • Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the initial six-month term

  • You are responsible for all payments for the full six-month period

  • Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund or cancellation

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this commitment.


After the Initial Six-Month Term

After your initial six-month term is complete:

  • Your subscription may continue on a month-to-month basis (if applicable)

  • Cancellation options, if available, will be disclosed in your account or at the time of renewal

  • No refunds are issued for any charges already processed


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide this policy as evidence to payment processors

  • Suspend or terminate access for accounts associated with disputes

  • Recover costs associated with chargebacks where permitted by law

By completing checkout and opting into these terms, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Agree to the six-month non-cancelable subscription term

  • Understand that all sales are final
